Blends video streaming with puzzle solving
Dazoppy Plus is a free streaming app available in English to Android device users and recommended to those aged 12 and over. Also known as Dazoppy on Apple Store, this streaming app doubles up as a puzzle game, as users are asked to complete simple challenges before they can proceed to watch videos.
Much like Netflix and Disney+, this streaming portal provides access to a wide-ranging catalog of TV shows, movies, and cartoons, including new releases.
How does it work?
Users who download the app from Google Play have access to a searchable collection of shows, including some that have not been released on competing apps. The app tests users’ color recognition with a timed color-matching game, as well as other cognitive skills, by asking them to choose the right category for their show.
Who can use it?
Rated PEGI 12, the app is available to teens and adults who use Android devices. Though it comes with a free version, the app can only be fully appreciated with a subscription, which entitles players to ad-free streaming and downloads. However, there are reports of transfer issues for users who change their phones and want to restore the app.

This free streaming app comes with a great selection of cartoons, shows, and movies, some of which are unavailable elsewhere, including new releases. It also costs a fraction of what other streaming services charge. The streaming quality is good, but users are constantly required to dodge pop-ups.

In theory, Dazoppy Plus makes a fine alternative to popular streaming services, despite posing as a puzzle app. Still, the never-ending ads, share request pop-ups, and transfer issues are a serious setback for this otherwise decent app.
